We wash at 30 degrees and dry everything at low temperatures. Unfortunately we don’t have time to check individual items. It is your responsibility to make sure your items can be wash and dried. Currently we don’t have the space to hang dry your items.
Yes, we do. Simply tell us what type of items you want ironing, e.g. shirts. There is an additional charge for this.
Yes, we do both dry cleaning and repairs. These items need to be kept separate from your laundry.
Monday to Friday, days and evenings. We have set days and times for each of the student accommodation blocks. You will need to book your slot at least 3 hours in advance so that we know you will be there.
Absolutely, maybe a relative wants to make sure your laundry is done regularly. Maybe they don’t want you coming home with mountains of clothes for them to wash. Payment can be arranged by contacting us.
By credit/debit card, PayPal or electronic bank payments. Cash is not accepted for these services. All services are to be paid before we deliver back to you and unfortunately refunds are not available.
You will have to book another spot and failed attempts to deliver your items back will incur a £3 administration fee (cash only). We will confirm via text and email that we are coming beforehand. It is important to provide at least 1 hour notice, if you are not going to be there. There is no admin fee if you cancel your slot in this way.
We are a professional company and pride ourselves in our service. Unless the damage is caused by our machinery due to a fault or error we will not be held responsible. We do not write or check an inventory of items given to us. It would simply take too long and would make the service far more expensive. Should you have an item missing please provide as much information as possible to see if we can find it in lost property.
Absolutely not, your order is processed individually and packaged by the person that folded your clean clothes.
